Nativity set measures 12"long x 9.5"high x 7" deep (when floor is fully extended - 4" when floor is folded up)- and all figures are not fixed to the manger, so they can be arranged as you like. Set includes the Manger as seen in the picture and 12 pieces - Joseph, Mary, Baby Jesus, his crib, the Three Wise Men, 1 Shepherd, with 4 lambs.
